Q. How do I send you the photograph and birth info for the birth announcement or photo greeting card?You can click here to send us your photo automatically, or for the fastest turn-around, we recommend that you email
us a high quality .JPEG (atleast 300dpi, no compression) to sales@peekaboodesigns.com.
Within the email include your name, spouse's name if you want it included on the birth announcement, your
phone number, your baby's full name, birth date, weight, time born and length if you want to include these as well. Also
include the wording you want used for the birth announcement.
View an example. Peekaboo Designs Q. If I mail a photograph to you can I get it back?Of course! We will return the photograph, in the same condition we received it, to you when we ship your order. Q. What format should the photograph file be in?The photograph should be in JPEG (.jpg) format, 200dpi resolution and uncompressed in order to get the highest print quality. If you send us a photo that isn't 300dpi or in JPEG format, we will contact you to make sure that is acceptable to you before we produce your Custom Photo Magnet. Q. How much postage is required to mail a single magnetic photo birth announcement?The standard size (3.5 x 5 inch) birth announcement doesn't require any additional postage; just a single postage stamp. The medium (4 x 5 inch) and large (5 x 7 inch) size birth announcements cost only .57 cents each to mail via First Class Mail. Q. Can I see what my photo birth announcement or greeting card looks like before you mail the finished ones?Absolutely. For $5.00 plus shipping we can mail you a proof. You can order a proof on any of our birth announcement pages. If you don't want to pay for a proof, we will gladly email you an image of what the layout will look like. Q. What payment options do you offer?We accept credit card payment through PayPal, or payment by check or money order. Q. How do I pay by check or money order?Once you finish shopping and click on CHECKOUT, you will be taken to the order page to review your order. In the lower left hand side, click on SEND ORDER. You will then receive payment instructions via email. Q. How fast will I receive my order once I place it?We ship within 2-3 business days of receiving your order, unless you request a proof. If you request a proof, we will ship within 2-3 business days of when you approve the proof. We also need 1-2 business days to complete the proof.We ship USPS Priority Mail which is 2-3 days delivery in the U.S. Q. Do you offer gift certificates?Yes we do! You can order gift certificates here. Q. Can you remove red-eye from a photograph?We are pleased to offer this service free of charge to our customers. Q. Can you do other photo retouching besides red-eye removal?Absolutely. The cost will be determined by how much work you need done to the photo. Please email us to get a price quote Q. Can you convert my photograph to black & white or sepia?We charge only $2.00 if you want your photograph converted to black & white or sepia for the birth announcement or photo greeting card. If you don't want to spend the extra $2.00 for us to do it, a lot of photo editing software has the ability to convert a photograph into either black and white or sepia. Q. Do you have a minimum order?Our minimum order for birth announcements and photo greeting cards is only 24. For photo magnets the minimum is just 5. No minimum for magnetic photo calendars. Q. What are the sizes of your birth announcements and photo greeting cards?Our greeting cards are 5 x 7 inches, and we offer our magnetic birth announcements in several sizes:

Do you include envelopes with the birth announcements and greeting cards?We include envelopes at no extra cost for the standard, medium, and large photo birth announcements and the photo greeting cards. We currently do not offer envelopes for the business card sized birth announcements and, because of their unique shape, we are unable to offer envelopes for the die-cut (heart-shape, baby bottle) birth announcements. Q. Do you offer discounts?On our birth announcements and photo greeting cards, the more you buy the more you save. Also, there's an automatic 10% discount on orders over $400. Q. Why is peekaboo such an exciting game for my baby?"Because it mimics what he or she is just coming to understand about the

his ability to think abstractly are growing." Q. Can I cancel my order once I place it on your web site?You may cancel your order at anytime but you may incur a cancellation fee. Basically if you place your order and then turn around and cancel it before we start working on your proof then there will be no cancelation fee. But if we begin working on the proof(s) and then you cancel it, we will charge you a cancellation fee based on a fee of no more than $40/hr for our design work. We do this to prevent people from having us create a proof for them for free and then taking the proof to some other company to have it printed. We believe this is the only fair solution to offering the option to cancel an order. Q. I've read all of the above questions and answers but I still have a question.
