Q. How do we send you our photos?
A. Please email your photos to our email address.

Q. What if I don’t have a scanner?
A. We will happily scan your photos for free. Just mail your photos for us to scan and then we will then return them with your order.

Q. Can I provide my own artwork?
A. Yes, as long as it meets the following requirements:

  • Overall dimensions have to be the same as the magnet size you are ordering.
  • No text within 1/4″ of any border area.
  • Image file should be at least 200dpi (dots per inch)
  • File should be in either a .JPG or .PSD format.

Q. Will I get a proof of my Photo Magnet before you print my order?
A. Absolutely! We’ll email you a proof with 1 business day of receiving your order and photos.

Q. How long will it take to complete my order?
A. When you approve your proof it typically takes 2 to 3 days to complete your order.

Q. How do you ship orders?
A. We use Priority Mail shipping which takes 2 to 3 days for delivery.

Q. How much is shipping?
A. Shipping depends on the weight of the package and how far it has to be shipped. You can always view your Shopping Cart to determine your shipping costs.

Q. Will you ship overseas?
A. Yes, but shipping & handling costs extra. Please email us your shipping address prior to placing your order.

Q. Can we use a photograph for our Photo Magnet that was taken by a professional photographer?
A. Yes, but you have to have permission from the photographer first. Peekaboo Designs assumes that the customer has permission to use any photo they send us for use in their Photo Magnet.

Q. What is your Refund Policy?
A. We will gladly issue a refund if we have not started printing your order. Once we start printing an order we are not able to issue a refund due to the customized nature of our product.

Q. What is your Return Policy?
A. Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If we made a mistake in the printing we will gladly correct it though.

Q. What is your Privacy Policy?
A. Plain and simple… we never share your information with anyone!

Q. Can I get a sample?
A. Absolutely! Just contact us and ask for a sample Photo Magnet.
